Terms of Service
Straight-talking terms covering acceptable use, billing, service level, and the limits of what an AI agent does on your behalf.
Agreement to terms
By creating an Org or using the Strique platform, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
What Strique is
Strique provides an AI-powered platform for marketing, sales, and growth operations. The service includes chat-first agents, connectors to third-party systems, generative content, scheduled automations, and reporting.
Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep credentials confidential, use SSO + MFA, and notify us at security@strique.io if you suspect unauthorized access. Orgs can have multiple members with role-based permissions; the Org owner is ultimately responsible for all activity.
Acceptable use
You won't use Strique to generate content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringing. You won't impersonate real individuals without consent. You won't use the platform to send spam, run phishing campaigns, distribute malware, or violate the terms of any connected third-party service. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service unless explicitly authorized.
Your content
You own the content you upload, generate, and receive through Strique. We take a limited license to process that content for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf. We do not train shared AI models on your content.
Our content
The platform, UI, documentation, and underlying software are ours. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Strique trademarks or brand assets.
Third-party services
Strique integrates with many third-party services (ad platforms, CRMs, email providers, LLMs). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We make reasonable efforts to maintain these integrations but cannot guarantee continuous availability when a third party changes its API or policies.
Billing
Paid plans are billed at the Org level, either monthly or annually. Tokens consumed are metered in real time. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable; monthly plans can be canceled effective end of the current billing period. Taxes are your responsibility. We'll email invoices to the Org billing contact.
Approvals and autonomy
Many Strique flows involve money-moving actions (ad launches, bulk email sends). By default, these require explicit human approval before execution. If you turn off approval gates, you accept responsibility for any actions the agent takes under your authority.
Service level
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance when possible. Enterprise customers can negotiate a custom SLA. See our status page at status.strique.io.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your Org if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the platform in ways that threaten the safety or integrity of the service. You may cancel any time from Org settings. On termination, we delete customer data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee the accuracy of generated content, the outcome of marketing actions, or continuous availability. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before taking actions with real-world consequences.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. These limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Strique against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through content you generated or published.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify Org admins by email. Your continued use after that date is acceptance of the new Terms.
